Ioannoù | Coétus
While it is hubris to think that we can predict or control the world with any degree of certainty, increasing project complexity and rapid technological change has outpaced the ability to control risks, costs and program resulting in continued failures and sometimes on very large scale failures.
Ioannoù Coétus is a construction consultancy assisting clients, working on construction, engineering and infrastructure projects to respond to intensifying project pressures and challenges.
There are no small or big missions: our interventions are defined by mutual agreement with our clients, according to the challenges and their budgets. Adopting a pragmatic, commercial and cost-effective approach we bring a broad range of industry experience to protect your interests on your projects.
We become a true partner and add maximum value on your project in identifying, quantifying, and managing risks that can impact the project (i.e., scope, cost, program, interfaces, commercial, constraints and internal/external requirements and obligations).
Our clients include national and multinational businesses in construction, law firms, and an increasing number of specialised subcontractors.
ABOUT US
Today's organisations manage projects within increasingly complex environments and often buffeted by strong forces, including program delays and cost overruns through uncontrolled scope changes, unanticipated site conditions, delays in responding to RFI's and submittals, disruptions caused by a party in relation to access, and project performance failures. These and many more critical causes of cost overruns underpin construction disputes.
